Another confusing morning at the Dante-Mantz estate.

Dante and Mantz painted these masterpieces of each other. The acrylic still smells like friendship.

We meet up with Chelsea at the Bright Spot - a tasty diner that plays heavy metal music to serenade your omelet. As we say our goodbyes, we ghetto rig a quick shot using crates as a tripod out back.

We venture in to the Echo Park Time Travel Mart. It contains all sorts of random things like a dinosaur slingshot. We already have a Thundercats Sword, so we move on.

We breeze through Frank Gehry's Walt Disney Concert Hall, a $274,000,000 masterpiece.

Here's a portrait I shot of him a while back. His hair looks like his sketches.

The glare of the stainless steel used to melt nearby garbage cans until they sanded it in 2005.

We head to the Museum of Jurassic Technology, which came highly recommended by all of our friends.

We went in not knowing anything about it. I suggest you visit under the same circumstances.

I don't suggest trying to leave LA at rush hour.

Boman improvs another car nap.

On the way to San Francisco, we decide to make a detour to Taft - a small town that exists exclusively off nearby oil reserves.

You can feel the power lines when you stand under them, which may not be healthy.

The clerk at the gas station tells us to drive up the hill for the best drilling view.

There's a gas shortage on the East Coast, but not here.

We vote this gem the number one place not to propose to your girlfriend. Even at sunset.
