DAY SEVEN - Austin

Renting canoes in Zilker Park is a prime choice. A double-helix formation emerges as we unintentionally-but-sometime-intentionally bump into each other and other non-suspecting sea travelers.

Boman turns up the heat.

We decide to put our life jackets to good use and tie our canoes together. Peace ensues.

We find a nice nook to park our canoes on under the Lamar Blvd. Bridge.

Boman barely misses my double-backflip-round-off-leg-dangle.

I found new shoes (without holes in them) the day before, so I decide to retire the Gump shoes. It's been a good ride.

We continue down the river and get a nice sample platter of different bridges.

Ghetto nature.

Amazonian nature. Grab that iguana.

Boman finds yet another way to do the splits.

We decide go on a little adventure around the city.

Team Block-Out-Stuff-That-Sucks in effect.

Mer-man!

UT gets a high-five.

The day winds down with some ice cream at Amy's.

We've never seen a city with more energy than Austin. Shine on you crazy diamond.

Matt, I am so proud of you following your dream and passion. I love the fact that you are at a metaphysical film festival and if you every need any expert advice on the subject, I am just the person for you to contact. As you know, I have a ton of knowledge in this area and it is what I do. I LOVE YOU AND CANNOT WAIT UNTIL DEREK'S WEDDING TO SEE YOU.
